A.B. "Mike" McCutchen

• Mike has owned a construction and construction management business since the early 60's. During this time, he has successfully managed 40 JVs and 200 construction and real estate development projects in the Western US and Alaska.
• Project manager and owners' representative of a $16 million dollar mix-use project in the mid 1990's.
• Seattle native and a BA in Business Administration from UW, and the captain of the only Huskies basketball team which made it to the Final Four (1953).
• Realtor and real estate broker since 1997 in residential and investment properties in the State of Washington.
